  • You simply book and pay for the call. 
  • We’ll follow up with an email asking you what you want to talk about on the call.
  • Then we connect over Zoom.

Zoom is basically an online video conferencing service.

You won’t have to sign up to anything with Zoom to get on a call with us. You just click the link we send you and we’re off the races.

On the call, where necessary we can do cool stuff like share our screen with you if there’s anything we need to show you.

  • OK, here’s what you should know before you book.
     

    We use Acuity Scheduling for our bookings.

    When you book we ask for the following information:

    • Name (required) –
    • Email address (required)
    • Telephone number (required) – in case we have technical issues.

    The information we collect as described above is purely to help make this call happen. You won’t be added to our mailing list.

    You’re paying us for our time, not for results. We’ll do what we can to help you but when we dive into it, your issue might be outwith or beyond our knowledge and experience. We’ll do our level best to give you the most useful support we can.

    We’ll initiate the call.

    Please try to be on time. We’ll try to accommodate if you’re running late, but we’re unable to offer a refund if you miss the call.

    If you need to reschedule it’s not a problem, there’s a link on our confirmation email.

    If you need to cancel, we only offer refunds on calls cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

    After the call we’ll drop you an email with a summary of what we discussed.

    In this email we may also ask you for some feedback. We’ll also ask for your permission to use your name, business name and any feedback on our website. If we include your feedback on the site, we’ll link it back to your website. It’s of course entirely optional for you to do any of this!
