What to expect

Here’s how our Managed Facebook Ads service works:

  • First we’ll schedule a consultation call with you to discuss your objectives and budget, and to assess whether we’re a good fit to work together.

  • If we’re a good fit, we’ll provide you with a proposed Facebook Ads strategy designed for you. We’ll also outline what we need from you in terms of resources and next actions to support your campaigns.

  • Once we have everything in place, we’ll get everything up and running for you, including setting up your Facebook Pixel, auditing your online assets, such as your Facebook Page and Landing Page / Website to identify anything that could impede results, conducting audience research and targeting, and building out the copy and creative of your ads (with a little help from you!).

  • Once your campaigns are live, we’ll monitor everything on a weekly basis to see what’s working and what isn’t, and optimise the campaigns to ensure you’re getting the best out of your budget.

  • We’ll provide you with a report each month showing you how your campaigns are performing.

  • Once we’re getting the results we’re looking for, we’ll agree the basis for scaling your ads to get more traffic, leads and sales!

Who is this service for?

This service is for you if:

  • You’re already making sales with a proven product or service.

  • You have a budget of £1500 (or more) per month (outwith our management fee) to spend on your ads.

Hopefully you’ll also already have a working sales funnel for us to amplify using Facebook Ads!

  • Our Facebook Ads management fee is based on your ad spend in the preceding calendar month. For example, your February invoice will be based on what your ad spend was in January. 

  • We charge a £795 set-up fee which is payable before work commences. This set-up fee is designed to cover the initial preparatory work, such as your Facebook Pixel set-up and Account / Website Audit, but it includes any and all work we do in the first month (including ad management), regardless of how much you spend.

  • We’ll access your ad account via Facebook Business Manager.

    Just grant us access when we get started.

    This means we can run your ads without having access to your payment details or passwords.

  • No. Your ad spend is separate from our Management Fee.

    Please bear this in mind when considering your overall budget.

  • You’re responsible for the ad spend on the account and your ad spend is paid from the payment source you set up in your Facebook Ads account.

    All expenditure is agreed with you in advance.

  • We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months to allow us to work through the initial set-up, testing and optimising phase (Rome wasn’t built in a day!).

    However after this the contract operates on a monthly basis.

    At this point, we hope you’ll be seeing results that make you want to continue with us, but if you want to cancel for any reason outwith the initial period, just give us 30 days notice!

  • When we start working with you, we’ll have an initial consultation call where we talk through your objectives and the process.

    Subsequent support is offered via email to allow us to track and work through customer queries as effectively as possible.  

  • Due to the amount of work we typically have, this isn’t something we can offer.

    If we were being asked for ad-hoc reports by our customers each day without having the time set aside to do it properly, it would be mayhem!

    If you need to access your reporting directly inside Facebook Ads outside our usual monthly reporting period, let us know and we can tell you how.

  • No-one knows your company and your customers better than you do, so we ideally look for our clients to supply us with their own images and video.

    We can point you towards royalty-free imagery if you don’t have anything suitable.

    In terms of ad copy, again this is best coming from you, in your own words, however we’re happy to put some ‘salt and pepper’ on your copy to make the ads pop!

  • There are a number of things we don’t or can’t do.

    We don’t manage or deal with queries that come into your Facebook Page.

    We’d ask you to respond to any comments that come in via your ads.

    We don’t create or manage landing pages.

    We don’t create your content for you (like vlogs, blogs, graphics).

    We focus on what we do best, which is promoting your small business to the world using Facebook Ads.
